no i am actually 24 years old and it was for a junior accountant position at deloitte. When we started the interview and I introduced myself the senior accountant sitting next to the recruiter just suddenly began laughing non stop at my smile and then the recruiter smirked and after 5-10 min it ended. They were saying my teeth game was too strong as well wtf

how do i go about doing this, what steps do I take and what do i need. fuck that guy

Do you live in the UK? if so citizens advice is a good start, if you live in burgerland try getting free advice from a lawyer firm, but first I would start with getting verbal confirmation that you didn't get the job you applied for and try to ask them why, if they bullshit you just say "Oh really because I heard you mention something about my "teeth game" what's that got to do with an accounting position?" then if they invite you to another interview they'll probably spout some corporate bullshit about them being unprofessional but at least you can say you took it up with them and depending on the outcome you either have a really good position to sue or a really good job.

Use the legal fees to fix hour teeth instead, or just move to Britain and rule like a king.
