Index funds for my savings money, probably swap that to moderate and more conservative as I get closer to retirement.
All consumer debt paid off except a low interest mortgage and I'm working on that, I don't borrow on credit unless absolutely necessary.
Actual employment with good benefits for about 15 years now, they put a nice chunk into my retirement fund and it's grown to almost $240k; I turn 40 next year.
