Well joke's on you, collusion is already happening. BPs incentivice each other to vote mutually. I could share sources but you'd dismiss them as bullshit anyway so I won't bother. Just know this: Steemit failed for a reason and the same guy who thought up Steemit's moderation system took that system and put it ontop of a glorified Excel spreadsheet he calls a blockchain.
