All this crypto bullshit and stress at work has recently put me in a state of mind that I don't realize anymore what is happening around me. I have no fucking clue what this is, this started one day and has been going on for weeks now.
Does anyone of you guys have this? It's like you don't realize you exist, nothing seems real, 24/7. Definitely stress and crypto related.

Expert here. This sounds like depersonalization. Search help from a shrink asap, not kidding. Take rest, try a little bit of working out (push yourself to do pushups daily) and please sort this problem out asap. Neglecting it will bring loads of other problems which you wont want.
