yes it's normal. coinbase is USD to coin exchange. Lets you buy coins directly with your bank account. You can obfuscate by trading all the BTC you have into some shitcoin and then using said shitcoin to buy back into bitcoin on a private exchange (just don't use your coinbase wallet if you want to keep it private).
