>inb4 muh networth of 1M
anything under 10 million is upper middleclass at best, faggot, getting that from being a wage slave or having sheer luck exempts you from high society
Prove me wrong

Why would you want to be a part of "high society" anyway?

this. having enough money to not have to work while having some good drinking buddies is where it's at

These are the psuedo blue bloods have their life set up while they are still in the uterus. They never have to work, do anything they don't want to do, or have to settle like we normie peasants do. We are all dirty cattle who trade our lives for money, while they are the only group of people besides jews who gets to actually LIVE their life in freedom.

I think I've got a shot at it.

>16 BTC, 20 years old
>Exceptional academic record although unfortunately didn't apply to Oxbridge (degenerate family didn't even want me going to uni)
>applying to Cambridge part 3 next year, been told by students got great chance of getting in
>a few very rich friends

Just need to work on more of the friends now. Should hopefully have the money and education very soon.

Unfortunately I think you have to do it to make sure your kids get their uni/job and to get an equal marriage. Even at my level it's borderline impossible to find anyone suitable for long term dating.

how does it feel to know you won't be able to pass down wealth to generations beneath you? fucking degenerate blue collar POS. This is why they call us goyim, because the majority of us are so fucking dumb and careless.

>how does it feel to know you won't be able to pass down wealth to generations beneath you?
not sure how you arrived at that conclusion. i've already got trusts set up for the kids because i've got a lot of money.

keep coping bagholder

>We are all dirty cattle who trade our lives for money, while they are the only group of people besides jews who gets to actually LIVE their life in freedom.

sounds like you've got a pretty dark perspective on life, not sure what to tell you.

>gambles degenerate internet money
You were born into an upper-middle class or nouveau-riche family at best. You have no class, you have to (((apply))) to schools, and you have no entourage. Try again in the next life like the rest of us, faggot.

>living in the UK
>make enough (after tax) to save 1mil
pick one

This. I know a few people from the aristocracy in the United Kingdom who studied at Oxbridge and they didn't apply, they were just admitted because they knew someone who knew someone. Applying to university is a meme for people who think that an Oxbridge education will launch themsleves into high society. Protip: it won't, and it certainly won't give you the class needed to be accepted by those you admire.

I was born into an abusive lower class family who I've cut contact with. If I've done this by 20 I can get to upper by 40. COPE

Why do people look up to old money or just rich people in general? There is nothing more pathetic than to be some materialistic animal who measures success through money.

You probably couldn't even join high society if you were rich. Old money despises new money despite self-made people obviously being superior to spoiled brats who did nothing to earn their wealth.

You don't get it zoomer. You will always be ranked as the caste your family has been. You can't fight fate, unless you're one of those 1/10000000 protégé outliers.

Adding on to this, it is not neccessarily your net worth that determines your social standing or membership in """high society""". It's 30% who you know, 30% manners taught to you by your parents (how and where to behave as well as social conventions), and 30% knowledge taught to you by your parents in terms of which clubs to join as well as their connections.

Those who are truly """high society""" are among the most polite and humble people I know. The asshole with a net worth of 12MM and who drives a yellow Lambo while behaving like a degenerate is not welcome.

I should also add that these circles aren't neccessarily not welcoming to new people (apart from clubs who generally require two proposers before you are admitted as a member), it is more that you need to be able to behave and fit-in with all the social conventions and then pass the gatekeepers which are usually the club committees. As long as you know the right people it really isn't as closed as one would think.

Your first mistake is trying to get into the "upper-class". If those you admire even heard a whiff of that kind of language and traits of a so-called social climber you would be permanently barred and blacklisted.

Jordan Belfort was always looked down as a sleazy salesmen, even before the FBI investigations. Why? Because he had no class, he was nouveau riche, and he had no entourage. Fate came to him faster than ever. If Belfort had a wealthy family, he would have never went to jail.

this.

You only need like $4 million to be rich because you can live off 200k a year in interest at 5%

(Same guy my IP is changing cause 3g, also fuck Jannie's)

If you think I'm lower you're delusional. I've accepted I'll never be "elite" but my kids will be. Basically need to do nothing financially, get into Cambridge next year (already sent of app), marry someone from one of the higher families and pay for the best private schools for kids. My kids will be elite, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Agree with some of this but I know first hand some of its just wrong. Adults are often impressed by my a levels/money and it certainly matters.

About your last post yeah I've realised it's unacceptable and obviously don't speak like this irl

>we are all peasant degenerates and none of us will ever entire the plateau of high society
except linkies
>anything under 10 million is upper middleclass at best, faggot, getting that from being a wage slave or having sheer luck exempts you from high society
true. could have even said higher. at least 50 million before you're considered "maybe kinda starting to not be subhuman", and some sources of wealth ensures they will never accept you, like uncouth forms of crime and being a celebrity.
As a celebrity you may be invited to some things, but you are only there in the same way a giraffe would be there, for amusement / colourfulness. You're a social ornament.

Even 100m+, you're still not fully accepted until you marry into one of the influential older money families. You need to get to Bill Gates tier before you can be respected as your own person.

>Adults are often impressed by my a levels/money and it certainly matters.

It matters to an extent yes, but what I am saying is not that it doesn't matter but more that it's not a disqualifying trait.

Based
Too many people think that money is the ultimate goal and everything magically changes as the numbers in your account go to a certain value. There are subtle signs that people are from 'high society', manners are the biggest part of it. Nouveau riche is a term that is not used enough
Uncultured and tactless person in a lambo is just that, an uncultured person.

This is what I'm talking about, people who measure success and worth through money. If anything rich people are subhumans because materialism is present in animals too such as chimps and birds. The less you show animalistic traits and the more control you have over yourself the more "human" you become. Right now the closest thing we have to a "human" are monks and perhaps some past philosophers.
Also if you want to measure success you should rather consider achievements. Napoleon went from a general to emperor based on his own merit. We will still be talking about him for the next 200 yrs at least but no one will remember that rich person just because they were rich. Winning Nobel prizes is also a good achievement, or anything that puts you in a history book.

It's not really money that impresses them. It's power. Money is just one tool that can be used for power in various more or less effective ways.

Someone with less money, but more social power through networking with other powerful people will be regarded more highly than someone who is simply rich. For example Kissinger.

He's right tho.

>Right now the closest thing we have to a "human" are monks and perhaps some past philosophers.

Monks don't do anything with their lives but isolate themselves from society and praying. Arguably one could say they're no different than prisoners. Prisoners have no access to luxuries and need to be level-headed (or else get shanked). Just as monks are bounded by conventions and rules, so are the prisoners. Monks actually have it easier because they live in a stress-free environment.

A true test of how well you handle your "animalistic" traits is being put in a challenging environment and still being able to maintain full control of yourself.
