Also in certain states like VA you have to pay personal property tax on your car. If it’s a newish one you might be paying $500-1000 a year. Then you have to pay for shit like titling, registration, drivers license every time you move to a new state, even more money.

Oh and then there’s tolls. Some people are paying $5-10 each way to work in tolls 5 days a week. Absolute insanity. I fucking hate cars
