This shit is fucked user. We are about to witness what happens when you have interest rates at like 0.25% for ages, along with printing money to lower bond yields.

Companies and individuals and any other entity have been borrowing at low AF rates and investing it in absolutely stupid shit that will give low returns. Because why not? If you borrowed at 0.5%, you might invest in something that will give you a 2% return and think you are a genius. But the house of cards comes crashing down when rates have to go up and printing has to end due to inflation.

Good luck, I am in 50% cash. Will borrow another 50% on personal loans / margin loans when it crashes.
