Assuming the flat cost of shipping a certain weight stays the same, the value of copper should fucking moon one of these days, and achieve parity with silver, and then gold.

I've a feefees deep down in my guts the economic collapse is about to happen, this year or the next one. I studied the question a lot the past few years, read a lot of books about it. And i finally took the decision to go all in silver. But i want to buy at the best time.
I'm a crippled neet so i earn gubment neetbux, not much but just enough to survive because i live a very frugal life, i never offer myself anything : no holidays, no clothes, no restaurants, no hobbies, no haircut, no alchool, no drugs, no vydia, no parties, not even deserts after the meals, nothing but the car insurance, gas, internet, rent, complementary health insurance (cheapest one) which i plan to cancel and my debit card fees (cheapest visa availible) and save all i can all the time. The only pleasure i pay for are my cigs. But even then, i buy tobacco jars and paper and i roll my cigs myself, it's 5 times cheaper this way.

All this to say i managed to save 15k$ total. I want to buy silver coins before the collapse happen. Do you think i should buy ASAP or wait a little for the price to dip again?

Dude, it sounds like you make yourself live kind of a shitty life so here's my tip to you: buy a decent amount right now (enough to make you feel comfy) then DCA monthly over the next year to get to the total amount you want to put in. I wouldn't recommend having $15k in silver with no other investments though, Silver is a bet that either a near Mad Max scenario happens, or the price finally (after what, 30+ years?) stops getting suppressed.
Get your doomsday stack, but look into other avenues of investment too, and I don't mean just crypto.
