Good, but only if they understand that in order to get the most out if high functioning autistic people they have to take steps to accommodate. By that i mean, don't hire these people and then expect them to participate in office culture, bother them all day with office politic bullshit. If you give them clear direction and then leave them alone to do their job, they will be an asset. If you treat them the same as any other employee, they will initially handle it by taking frequent sick days, lashing out at work out of frustration, and eventually quit.
