1. Workout everyday. Having a good aesthetic factor is a 1.25x multiplier, and health can be up to 0.50x multiplier or even worse if not kept in check
2. Have a regular sleeping schedule for mental sanity
3. No drugs, alcohol, caffeine, none of that. All necessary highs should be provided by life.
4. Work minimum 80 hours a day. Your fulltime job is only 40 hours? Study, take gigs, train, freelance, do whatever the fuck but 80 should be the absolute minimum. You should see a snowball effect within 3 months.
5. No emotional drama. Treat women like children. Treat family like a responsibility.
