After how many jobs should one apply to before one should legitimately consider an heroing? 100? 200? 1000?

10,000 job applications should net three interviews....
Lol I'm sitting here at my new job orientation right now. I didn't prepare for the interview and probably only got like 75% of the knowledge assessment questions correct. Personal charm and knowing the right people goes a long way.
didn’t even interview for the position for the company im currently working for. although i did do an extensive interview with them 2 years prior for an intership role i never accepted
JUST
LOL holy shit I worked for DXC Technology.
Was $25.70 but the award wage is $31.20 for that job in Australia... Cunts
Taking them to court for the stolen wages, hopefully I set a precedent and they have to pay over $10m+ including fines
Holy shit. I thought you were just exaggerating. You need to change your approach.
>STEAM degree?
Does value have a university?
yeah I should probably come clean. I have an ethnic sounding name so thats probably why I'm getting rejected so much. But I don't want to change my name to a white guy's name. It just feels wrong desu senpai. its like having a black guy play Thor or Odin... you know what I mean?
are you from the east.
it's normal for your people to adopt anglo names that the round eyes can pronounce
yeah just play the race card user
I'm surprised you got rejected from all of them. I got no response from most of the jobs I applied for.
Why aren't you applying for more jobs, though? 20 in 2 months isn't very much. I did nearly 20 week on average, and around 200 in total before I got an offer.
*20 per week
I used the spamming approach rather than tailoring for each job.
I'm starting to feel like I have been lucky in finding jobs. I've never been fired and I have only ever quit a job for a better one. When I do feel like its time to see whats out there job wise I do maybe a max of 10 places a week and within that week I find a job. My resume isn't that great but I have always been told after interviews that I seem passionate, knowledgeable, and interview well. Which is funny because I'm an autist and get super anxious during interviews. Fake it til you make it I guess.
If its not a tech job, you're better off going with an americanized name. A lebanese friend of mine goes by Abe and checks white on all forms. Hes had good luck finding jobs compared to his birth name.
get a good lawyer and start a lawsuit for racial discrimination, and aim for settlement money, with one or two millions you'll be like king in Thailand surrounded by delicious ladyboy
just buy btc,eth,ltc and link
This guy is probably right. I'm guessing you're not looking across the country or anything and that's why you would've applied for so few positions, but yeah you've just gotta spam a bit.
I don't know where you live or what exactly your field is but I wouldn't assume it's due to an ethnic name. If you really think it is then try to get hired at places that brag about diversity.
>can't get a job
>get a good lawyer
It took me 300 applications and 7 in person interviews to land a job with 0 experience fresh out of school and I’m what you lot would consider a chad. Autists are doomed unless you have some fancy projects to show your manager in a field that doesn’t require much social interaction.
jesus
don't base your self worth on if you can wagecuck
worst case you can just go on welfare
May I suggest Thor Niggerstomper?
