Don't waste a lot of time with names, logos, etc. Tell me how you plan to, if you haven't done so already (you really should have), get your first paying customer.

Not having paying customers, even with a killer name and the best business cards vistaprint can make, leads to being daydreamer that has to work for someone else who understands client acquisition.

Listen... I'm not doing this today. I've bootstrapped a successful business, 4 years in, with 50 bucks and garden shed. Now I support a wife child and mortgage in one of the most expensive areas in the country. I'm not going tit for tat with another 19 year old about branding and s Corp structure, when the only thing that matters on day 1 is building a repeatable sales process asap.
