Possible to retire in only a week?

>"Undercover Millionaire Starts Again from Scratch"
>makes over 3000 UK pounds a month renting out shit he didn't actually pay for
>makes money while chilling on the beach after a only week of becoming poor again

I dont know much about Jow Forums, can you guys tell me if this is real or a scam.

>dumb ass catcher mitt looking face
>ugly nigger wife

i'd rather stay poor

subletting is pretty much illegal here unless u get the landlord to agree

yeah i saw that but the ending made me depressed af, i'm just wondering, have i been dumb and wageslaving like an idiot in vain when i could have just retire in a week after asking people into giving me their apartment and then renting it out as a hotel?

is it really that easy?
please tell me Jow Forums

I haven't watched the entire video but he seems to be a guru in order to sell his shit. He's also not really starting from scratch since he has the knowledge and experience. It might still be worth a watch though, every info counts to reach financial independence

>is it really that easy?

probably but you need the balls to execute without getting in over your head and having a massive mental breakdown

so i just have to make him agree and then i'm retired? the dude said something about the landlord being tired of managing his properties so he agreed or something like that i'm rewatching this video like 10 times i'm i'm still trying to understand his technique

no its not, lots of rules, regulations, and obviously trying to convince someone to do that.

>He's also not really starting from scratch since he has the knowledge and experience.

That and nice clothes, phone, laptop, new car and he's meeting people wearing a fucking Rolex. Try getting the deals he does driving a $3k Civic and dressed like a pleb.

he made it look so easy in the video

I havent finished watching it, but im starting to think he fabricated some of it, or even broke some tenancy rules.

>new car
no he used an old car of his friend, plus investors didnt see his car.
and his clothes didn't look expensive and rolex can be bought fake for 20$ and nobody would know so is it possible if you fake it?

he also disguised himself so investors think he's an average guy

just to add to that, theres a lot of strict tenancy rules here to prevent a run away price of rent and to basically keep track of where people live, you cannot turn residential homes and apartments into "hotels".

where? in US? what about Canada?

starts with 50 pound then whips out a credit card... hmm

also he didn't turn a for-rent-apartment into a hotel, he found investors to buy an apartment for him and he only does the hotel managing while giving the investor a cut of profits...

so i guess it's even legal in US and Canada?

>Earns 3000 UK pounds a month
>Married to a sheboon
Sad

she looked cute but his kid didn't even look like him...i want my kids to look like me and i'm not even racist

Anybody else feel the irony of history repeating itself? Its like nothing has changed. Every real estate boom some weird investor guru or mentor comes popping up and tries to lure you to his shit.

No its not real. His "investors" are friends or some other randoms from his seminar.
>I hope he really is going to get in on the deal
>it is such a great deal Im so excited
>so I just met that guy and things are looking really good

I made more research about him since I love to observe scammy guys. You see, I always looked for ways to make money without getting a job which means I came across a few gurus and know how they act (extrovert, very energetic, very friendly, always motivate you). My parents also took me to some evangelical church where the pastors just wanted money so in a way, I learnt to smell scammy guys from miles away. This guy just didn't feel right to me especially since he wants to sell you something (like all gurus do). If he wants your money then it's strike 1 and if he guarantees you can become rich or at least successful like him it's strike 2. I ended up finding this forum where he's discussed and things didn't look good in his favour: propertytribes.com/samuel-leeds-property-entrepreneur-t-127629986.html
He even showed up in the thread and threatened legal action lmao.

thanks for this...yeah its sound like a scam

It's not that easy. Making money is easy once you are millionaire, not ONLY because you have more money but because millionaires see opportunities of making money everywhere.

No problem. These gurus usually take advantage of people like you, naive and or desperate to become rich. They are just salesman and they probably make more money selling their program than doing what they preach.

Congrats to him on getting those deals bu how the fuck is he supposed to find a steady supply of tenants for those places? That's a full time job in itself. And fucking Sheffield - it's hardly the most demanded hotel destination
