Isn't it funny how the jews and boomers create zoning laws to artificially inflate the cost of living? Who the fuck cares if houses are built in a business park or out of an office? There's literally a hotel there anyway, so people are already sleeping in the vicinity of potentially loud noises during working hours. Otherwise it's dead silent at night. Most countries don't have dumb zoning laws and cities now are getting rid of them because they are so ridiculous.

Some zoning laws are a jewish trick. Just look at San Fernando's history. Speculators made bank on farmland when water was diverted there. Then when ag was no longer profitable, it was rezoned to residential, for more lucrative speculation.

you're right op but most people don't understand this issue and favor euclidian zoning that means they have to drive everywhere, meanwhile American tourists spend billions visiting old world capitals and japan just to get a taste of the kind of city they could have had, yet they think it's impossible here. Of course, relaxing zoning isn't a panacea for high prices, but it does help a lot.
