I am a Career and Technical Education teacher (vocational teacher) who has taught both middle school and high school, in all types of schools: rural, urban, gifted etc (over 10 years)

I really agree with your claim about jobs going to young people but the education system and the absolute degenerate outlook on technical and problem solving jobs is bleak for young kids. Companies need to hire outside the country, because the kids today have zero interest in those careers.

Schools do not discipline students or even encourage proper decorum about being career ready, but as long as they pass a fucking test some how the school treats the kids as if "they fucking made it".

I try my best to tell the students taking my classes how in demand they will be, but the rest of the 80% of the school population will follow the college meme, while only about 20% of those that do go to college will actually be successful.

These of course are loose claims and numbers, but teaching as long as I have brings me no hope for young people even being competent and mature enough to fill the roles pajeets/immigrants will be most happy taking because it takes them away from their shit country-- something america's young take for granted.

While this is true, there are of course other factors. A general increase in wealth may not be worth it to have to be around foreigners for some people. Some will lose their jobs. Some of those foreigners will undoubtedly stay and have low IQ babies that with vote for the party that will put the final Nail in the Coffin that is America (Democrats, not that the Republican part is good).

In some cases, yes. There's a lot of corruption in the system, I agree. H1-B needs to be reformed, but not abolished. Some H1-B workers are genuinely needed because they do work that no one else is willing to do. For example, orange picking in Florida would not be possible without guest workers from Mexico. The orange industry would collapse without H1-B visas.

A good way to create incentives to bring high IQ migrants would be to expand EB-1A, aka the "genius visa" program:
