I look a bit better than that when I'm at my normal weight. Crossfit and some swimming is enough for that. I'm 30 y/o boomer and capable of keeping that up so if you're younger it will be super easy for you.
Eat mostly meat and veggies. But not a lot. Your body will use it efficiently. And if youre a fat fuck then you need to do hard cardio consistently for years to get to this point. If you're relatively good shape to start with (ie not fat but just a little chunky) then eat lean and less calories. Eat just once or twice per day. Lots of water. You will eventually look like op just by going about your daily life (assuming you don't sit on your ass all day)
