How much money do I need to get the nicest dental surgery possible ? I have all my teeth still but they are fucked up, grinded down and many cavities. I want to suicide every day thinking about it but I make myself focus on getting money. I don't want a house, nice shit, traveling etc I just want the best dental surgery money can buy.

Depends a lot on the country you live in, but if you haven't lost any teeth yet, there's a good chance they can be fixed with some time and money. First step is to obviously see a dentist, preferably one that is local to you, and one that has good recommendations of friends/family/coworkers.

Depends entirely on what you need/want doing. Restoring lots of cavities and sorting out your gum health is first and foremost and may run you a grand or so. If you have any malocclusions and want orthodontic treatment to straighten everything then that'll run you a few grand. Finally if your teeth are significantly worn and you need any prosthodontic work - crowns, veneers etc then that will cost you several thousand depending on how many teeth need doing
These are all guesstimates in US dollars (I'm not from the US). So yeah depends on how extensive the work needs to be and whether you are just looking to get your mouth healthy and stable or you want to go for a proper cosmetic smile makeover

Laser is a godsend, used to cost over 10k, now it's 500 bucks at most.

Its fine, perfectly safe in reasonable concentrations and effective provided you aren't a heavy smoker or coffee drinker etc. Where I'm from we use 6% hydrogen peroxide, up to 10% is reasonable I'd say and anything over that is unecessary and can cause excess sensitivity/discomfort.

terrible pictures and I honestly can't tell you much useful info from them, but I can't see anything drastically concerning - looks like you have some wear and flattening of the incisal edges but it may not really be severe enough to warrant restoration, depends how much it concerns you. can't tell what your occlusion/bite is like from those pics and can't see anything about gum health or presence dental caries either
all in all, you probably just need some good oral health stabilisation (improve gum health, restore caviities if you have them as you say, better preventative measures) and then some minor cosmetic work such as whitening. and perhaps a nightguard if you have a grinding problem that is causing your toothwear. but that's just a shoddy internet diagnosis so go see a dentist IRL to get a proper answer

Your teeth look pretty good though I'm not a stomatologist. In 2018 I found a dentist living near me and sunk some $500 into cavity repair and nightguards for bruxism. Other than that, just brush with the softest brush you can find (Curaprox 5650), use toothpaste you like the taste of and rinse with mouthwash and you should be just fine. If you want extensive work done on teeth, travel to Eastern Europe or Turkey as suggested by some user, you'll basically travel for free compared to the cost in the US.

The fastest result would be veneers which is 10-30k depending on how many teeth. They also need replacing every 25 years or so. Sooner if you grind your teeth or eat a lot of hard food. Dunno where the fuck 50k is coming from. That’s way too much. You should be able to get a full mouth makeover in a few days with veneers (provided you don’t have gum disease or poor hygiene, if you do you’ll have to fix that first) for max 30k. I believe it’s around £1k per tooth and you may not even need the bottom set doing, you could just get them bleached. I also used to be very self conscious about my crooked and yellowish teeth. So I got braces on the top row (£3000) and whitening (£500 for the moulds and first bleach done professionally, then I repurchase the bleach online for £40 to top up whenever I feel like it). Yeah for the basic stuff like cleaning and medical shit like root canals and fillings the NHS is bomb. However I had crowns done on the nhs and they just looked like fake plastic teeth. Wrong colour and size and visible black line along the gums. I’ve had friends who had the same issue. So I went private and spent £3k on braces and £1k on new crowns and now I can’t stop smiling so my new problem is I need Botox for my crows feet. I never used to smile bug when I had the NHS crowns on my front teeth. Now I can’t stop and the crinkles around my eyes are possibly just regular ageing but I bet they wouldn’t be as bad if I was still left conscious of smiling. Do it OP!!
