Really, it's more of a physical condition. Mental conditions are treated by changing the mind. (IE, antipsychotics, antidepressants). Those don't really work on gender dysphoria, whereas surgery does, so it's a physical condition.

Don't ever forget this. A few cents may seem cheap for 1 ADA, but it's really not. At just 4 USD it would be equivalent to BTC being 6k. Right now it's still pretty cheap and a good buy though, or at least I think it is. If the project makes it, 0.8 USD a piece in 3 years isn't a very unrealistic proposition. That's a pretty big if.
