that is incorrect my nigga. I've been running businesses with employees since 2008, and women are far superior at menial tasks. They don't argue as much, don't try to scam you as much, and are more likely to want to keep doing this menial work forever.

recruiting good programmers and other technical people is anything but menial, but that's not what most HR people do. They mostly fo menial work like handling other retards in charge of other menial work.

That's for sure. They were the biggest roadblock to getting people into jobs back when I was a recruiter. The first order of business was getting the tech manager's # and cutting the bimbos out of the process altogether, until it was time to email out an on-board package that is. Engineering managers are so grateful to be talking to someone who cares more about past projects and skill sets than what color of the rainbow an applicant is/ what sex organs they're into, that they would even willingly help us cheat on our make-up so we could make more money for filing empty seats.
