whiskey, pour some onto your gums.

Cocaine!
I hear heroin works well also

This is Jow Forums desu but I'd say hot saltwater as a temporary remedy

a dentist.

just get all your teeth removed in brazil and get dentures. teeth are pointless

pull the fucking tooth, since the only reason you'd have tooth ache is if it's rotting out or diseased

A little water a little hydrogen peroxide, swish around your mouth for 1 minute every day

3+ beers almost always worked for me.

better diet may self heal cavities

Put aspirin on your gum near the tooth.

It works.

But don't do it too much.

You don't know how aspirin works do you

Here's a massive redpill for ya OP, you don't have toothache you have sinusitis due to geoengineering aerosols

Offshore worker user here, I had a 6 week trip where I had a toothache and tried a bunch of things. Best thing was crushed garlic applied directly to the painful area, it hurts but it keeps the tooth healthy and without an abscess until you can get an extraction

Try it , and you'll see.

It does work.

warm saltwater
novamin

root canal therapy, make sure you go to a really fucking skilled specialist giving you 1:20 chance of removal instead of 1:2 for regular dentist.

Or get it removed anyway if you dont wanna bother with it. But keep in mind that a missing tooth can bring long term issues like receding gum or weird jaw growth.

Other tactics are:
>ignoring
>pain medication

Why would aspirin on your gum not work brainlet? It dissolves and can pass into the bloodstream and nerves around the area. It works.....

Also maybe try fasting...but ultimately go to a fucking dentist..

I'm a dentist IRL so I'll answer

Toothache is most commonly going to be decay causing pulpitis, which isn't likely to go away without treatment - if it's early stage, the tooth will just need a filling, if it's more advanced, it'll need root canal treatment

Either way larping on biz will not help, you'll need to see a professional

Is there any techniques that can be used to help remineralize teeth that have began tooth decay. My dentist is a rabid kike and said it is not possible, but I have been reading a lot of peer reviewed papers on the subject matter and it seems it may be possible. I would like your input. Thanks.

Also they just don't realize how bad their rotten teeth smell. I had 4 extractions 2 canals 2 crowns and 6 fillings in the last year and I can promise all involved here that it's worth it to go to a dentist.

This is after a decade of no dental treatment.

Sensodyne deep clean version specifically. For some reason only the deep-clean one has an active ingredient that numbs your teeth.

I'm not joking literally do not get any other brand of sensodyne, but this one will stop tooth ache immediately.

How do I short the tooth fairy Jow Forums? He comes in and fucks my ass every night causing me tooth aches from the constant grinding I do with my mouth. That's normally what a tooth fairy does right?

Small, early areas of demineralisation (what we call white spot lesions) can be remineralised with improved oral hygiene, increased fluoride availability, reduced sugars in diet, etc. Those usually aren't what we are talking about when we tell you you need a filling.

Enamel that has actually cavitated (that is, decay that has progressed through the enamel and into the dentine underneath) cannot be remineralised or regenerated in any way - the cells that secrete enamel (ameloblasts) are only present during tooth development in the jawbone and not after. Don't fall for anyone claiming cavities can be healed through some naturopathic voodoo, you need to see a dentist for a filling

Real answer here - use potassium nitrate. It's used in all the sensitive teeth products as the primary ingredient

Go get your tooth looked at, dumbass. You could have an infection that spreads to the brain if the roots are infected. They need to take a look and prescribe antibiotics if necessary.

Put some clove oil on a cotton bud and dab it in the painful tooth every couple of hours. It wont stop.hurting until you get some work done on it at the dentist, this will only give you temporary respite

This user knows. An abcess tooth can kill you dude. Garlic is nasty and it burns after a while but it works. Chop a clove in half, chew it up a tiny bit and stick it in your gums near the painful area.

Not sure what you mean - a necrosed pulp if untreated is likely going to lead to an apical (root end) infection, abscess, swelling, and possibly worse

how much did all this cost you??

Would It be a good idea to pull all my teeth and replace them by good implants? I'm 30, but like this I would never have any problems any more
why wait until I'm old??

Yeah just don't use the aspirin too much..

and like others say, get it looked at because it could become more serious of a problem

Having insurance maxed out at 2500 a year and about 1600-1700 extra charges out of pocket. But they prorated just having insurance at all took about 50% off the top. So what would have been 11-12k cost me so far ~1600 out of pocket. Of course I was buying random otc treatments probably about $100 worth of shit that didn't work per year so...yeah it was worth it.
