What are some jobs in business where i wont face numerical assessment tests during the admission process??

Just hire a look-a-like to do the tests for you

fuck you, i want a serious answer.

tf is a numerical test. You mean a math test? Like, numbers? 5x10? Are you british?

Where do you live? I never ever had to do any kind of tests. Just interviews. Even those were more like netflix and chill type of things

dude, they have these assesment tests when you apply to every job. you have to solve 20 these 1 minute per and you cant prepare.

what fucking field did you go into if youve never faced this horror?

That problem isnt particularly hard but it has a lot of information to keep track of for a 1 minute problem

im sure its ot hard for someone who has a flair for numbers, but for people like me, its goddamm impossible, especially in 1 minute.

thats why im looking for serious answers, if anyone can help an user out.

Why the fuck did you get a business degree?

because i didnt understand how the world worked mane. i didnt even know what a numerical test was until i graduated. i thought all i needed was some good grades, good interviewing skills and thats it.

worst off all, i didnt think they would make you do these for a lot of different roles.

That's easy, each PPI processed saves $250. Then you calculate the number of PPIs processed in the last two quarters by summing the values. Only thing I can't really figure out is if "complaints closed" are the number of PPIs processed or if it's (opened-closed).

>That's easy
>Only thing I can't really figure out
>had an infinite amount of time to solve it

yes user, thank you for proving my point. try doing 20 of these 1 minute each. "cant figure out x part" isnt good enough. just reading the question and re-reading it takes 20-30 seconds.

where do you live?

oh, didn't read the 1 min time limit, that's bullshit (though i never studied business so idk what the definitions are). at least for most of the CS ones you have 3 minutes per question

are you guys mentally disabled? it says in the question "each AGREED claim payment" bruh just look at the fucking table AGREED BY BANK it's not hard

nooow you get my pain. the thing is, employers have gone batshit crazy by administring these types of questions for almost any role. its part of a general trend of companies following the lead of the likes of P & G, PwC, KPMG so on and so forth.

>just look at the fucking table AGREED BY BANK it's not hard
i have the answers douche-wad, looking at the table is not even 1% of the solution. fucking cunt.

yes i know, but the thing you retards are struggling with its "wahh too many words my autism sensory overload", the question spells it out for you so clearly

Is this a UK thing or something? Big 4 interviews over here are mainly behavorial... you might have a case study or two but none of this SAT looking shit.

> im a brainlet i know

That's where you fail my fren.

The first answer is the correct one.

Keep trying, go study maths, if you don´t stop you will learn it in the end.

so this is how they are going to keep the shitskins and retards out of white career fields

interesting

Most high earning jobs require math, better git gud or resign yourself to a life of mediocrity and wage cucking.

I'll take the #4 combo and I'll be paying with my card to make it easy for you.

I heard IQ tests are discouraged for hiring purposes in US as they consistently place minorities and poor white people at the bottom, is this what companies use instead?

Love being in a field with super friendly 1-2hour “get to know us” interviews :^)

I would not be surprised if this wasn't an actual math ability question, but a "in case you didn't know how we rip off our customers" statement.
It's more reading comprehension anyway.

which field? I was considering just sending my resume out to a bunch of consulting firms and marketing myself as an "ideas guy"

dumbass. reading the question takes 30 seconds, the remaining 30 secs you have to work out then accurately solve everything on time before it jumps to the next q. you think thats easy? if it was 5 min per q id agree, but its not

what country are you from seriously?? im moving there
