Prices will never go down. Good goys will keep overleveraging themselves borrowing more and more just so they can afford a tiny shack. If a house pumps from 200k to 400k then the gentiles will gladly take out an even bigger loan than they would before. Banks will just prolong the length of the average mortgage to 60+ years and pass laws making debt multi generational in order to create perpetual debt slaves. This will cause demand to never fall.
