Do people who don’t own million dollar houses even exist? I own a million dollar house and so do my colleagues and friends and nearly anyone I interact with on a daily basis. I am not convinced poor people like the ones on this sub actually exist. Maybe you guys are the NPCs I see everyday around the bus stop and working at Starbucks.

are you going to have an issue if your house price goes to 999,999.99 in a recession?

Shouldn’t it be the other way around since the fed will have to print more money

How did you and your colleagues make your money?

>think he owns his house.

lmao, fucking pleb.

Finance I now work in PE, use to work for a HF

The pleb thinks borrowing money at 1,000 year low interest rates is a bad idea. Know how I know your a pleb that gets into credit card debt with a low credit score?

>says he owns a house.
>bank does

lmao, stfu.

lol ur a pe teacher? haha lol stay poor lmao

Mistaking capital structure: classic sign of a plebian

I am a buyout investor. Borrow 80 million, i put in 20 million. Buy company for 100 million. I owe the bank 5 million a year, company makes 10 million. I own 100% of the company, the bank can force a sell if I don’t pay, but I can dictate how the company is run, same with real estate.

Op is bucko the boomer

what's your objective here? you post the same fucking bait every other day. 0/100 larp 0/100 bait. fuck off and die faggot.

>falling for the McMansion meme
The shabbos goy has arrived

Yeah, I physically educate your mom

It ten years your house will be worth a billion dollars. That's excellent good news for us. Not so much for you.

>he believes in hyperinflation

Japan has been printing as much money as they collect in taxes for 5 years now, it is still stuck in deflation

Demographics and technological deflation is a thing

Random asian guy came to my door and offered $8mil to buy my house. Probs one of those chinese investors who buys houses in Melbourne to let them sit for years and then sell for hectic profit in the future (assuming prices continue going up). Said nah

That’s just Hollywood movies, dude. They don’t exist in real life.

No, all the sub million dollar houses out there are empty. No one lives in them.

Lol I marvel at every single one of these threads that American trash idiots pay such massive sums of money for 'pretty' timber that would go to a pulp mill in any other civilised country on earth, after which we would build our home with that solid, impervious, long lasting and aesthetic material which seems to be popular these days: STONE.

no nothing to my name. my parents did have a 230k dollar house but got foreclosed on because they fell for the remortgaging meme so i'll inherit nothing.

>getting foreclosed on a 230k mortgage with dual income

lmao poorfags

most don't know this
If you don't pay the government annually they take your land away
Even if you have 100% equity in your house you're still just renting it from the government

>Build house of stone
>stuck with 18th century plumbing and electricals forever
>insanely high heating costs and energy costs in general

Vs

>modern everything, lasts about 40 years and then we tear them down to build a new one again

You say remortgaging but they probably got a reverse mortgage. Remortgaging is where you get a new mortgage to pay off an old one, usually because the new one has lower payments. Reverse mortgage is where you borrow money from the bank, using your house as collateral. I've heard other millennials claim their boomer parents did this to them but luckily, it didn't happen to me. I inherited a house from my parents (they had 2 and now live in the other one). As I get older, I appreciate it more and more. Not having to pay rent is a huge boon in this age of wagecuckery.

the new owners are selling it for 230k. my parents got foreclosed on it when it was worth 60k lmao

yeah they reversed mortgage to buy cars and vacations.

Do you seriously not know that people a person knows tend to be of similar financial means?

>has never lived in europe because he is tied to his job
>probably doesn't even own a passport
>thinks a mcmansion looks good
>impressed with himself, but isn't even retired yet
go back to plebbit and try to flex on your wagie friends
