It's not much compared to what I used to enjoy, but at least it's something.

Thanks user. I usually stick to a protein-friendly diet of eggs, meat, with some greens tossed in sometimes because I like to work out and shit food makes that harder to do. Exercise usually makes me feel much better mentally-speaking (I wish I knew this earlier on in life), but it hasn't been working well recently.

I think we all figure out that life is fucking meaningless at some point. The question is, why are some people not doing something about it but instead kill themselves?
