the more value any given individual brings to the economy, the more useless jobs he can create, e.g. maids, personal foot massagers, etc.

management tries things like constantly monitoring employees to increase productivity, they can FUCKING see their employees doing nothing. but the problem is that generally even good employees fuck around most of the time.

literaly the only job that people don't fuck around 90% of the time at are factory line jobs. and they have HARD fucking jobs that it is very easy to see if they're not doing it.
