Know any cities south of Virginia that have these amenities? Preferably with minimal other homeless chaps

No idea. But I have been looking in Myrtle Beach / Conway for cheaper housing. I've seen condos for sale there for under 50k, so I'm guessing if you go even further out off the coast, you'll see even more affordable stuff.
