Marx in a nutshell:

traditional function of money:
produce commodity you're specialized at making--> sell for money ---> acquire other commodities you need but can't produce or produce well
= CMC

Capitalism:
money ---> acquire commodity with intention of selling for more money ---> money'
= MCM'

There are qualifiable differences between goods that you produce and consume for needs so the exchange merely needs to result in a commodity that you need but can't produce yourself. Food, clothes, tools, etc. However, in MCM' there is no qualifiable difference between money, only a quantifiable difference. So the resultant money must be greater than the input money for there to be any incentive to spend at all. The greater resultant sum is known as capital.

The lesson is that money is not inherently capitalist; it is actually a very necessary universal medium to store and exchange wealth. Rather its MCM' implementation (use to acquire more money rather than other needed commodities) and to increase in quantity is what makes it capitalist.

I dont want money, at all. I fucking hate money. Ita bullshit actually. Only winning move in life is just to fucking kill yourself actually. The same money you take home is the same money that drug users, prostitutes, and politicans all take home. Its fucked, money is a pass for degeneracy.

I want money for its safety, so that i dont ever have to worry about bills and surviving and stressing out.
