for those who don't know about me - I am an intern in one of the crypto projects, ptobably A or at least B+ tier. Crypto industry is weird in a plethora of ways, so I wanted to share my life stories with biz if anons are interested.

lets start with real questions user; what did you do as intern and are you getting paid in Link or not?

why are you interning there? Does it pay well, do you want to learn, or do you (and the team) ACTUALLY believe in the project?
I'd like to work/get an internship as well but I live in bumfuck, Belgium so no project nearby.
it doesn't pay well, which is normal, I want it to be on my CV and I actually believe in the project. Well, I want it to be on my CV BECAUSE I believe in the project and believe it will become a nice name in the future.
I am interning there because I want to work in crypto and that's where I want to specialise. And I think this will give me a nice boost to my earnings later in life
I don't work to doxx myself, but I am also based in EU and there is a chance for landing it and finding something. I stumbled upon it due to pure luck, but it is possible.

yes, some ICOs are too blue sky thinking which equates them to scam projects in terms of their usability/probability to be useful
1, but probably 3 for an outsider because Ian Balina has his stake in the project so in eyes of many it makes the project scammier even its not

I don't know, probably because of publicity. That's not really a question I can answer, I am sorry, because I don't know anything about this, it was a deal before I came there

How did you get your job?
You mentioned you're an econ major. What kind of discussions do you have related to economics in a crypto context? How does your university training sit with the current reality of 'crypto economics?' What have you learned about economics/business as a result of your involvement with crypto?
Also, what is the atmosphere at your project? What do you do to bring value to the project, what does a typical day loom like, how are goals set and managed. Any answers appreciated, and good luck bro.
