What area are you in? I know someone that runs one.

That's dope nigga. How much was it to start up? What were your monthly expenses at the beginning? What about now?

Louisiana
About 400k start up, monthly expenses was 800 rent for 1000 sqft, food/supply overhead is around 2 thousand for 1st couple of months

So about 3k for first 4 months, currently netting 6,500/month split between me and my business partner

how the hell do you make a profit selling fucking kolaches

looks like a picture of an arm or something

top seller?

You have really dry skin. You should use some lotion to fix up that cracking fren.

dude wtf happened to ur arm

This is my question. Some guy I met where I live wanted to open one with me. I was like "what the fuck is a kolache"? It's not going to ever be a trendy thing.

What's wrong with that arm's skin?

op what is wrong with your hand?

you buy the bread ingredients for cheap and upcharge for the quality meats that you choose, most of my produce is bread materials, eggs, potatoes, spices, plus im not open all day, cut utilities in half, take catering orders all the time and have relationship with a church here that i cater for every sunday

Theres a kolache shop where i live. Its one of my favorite "go out of the way for a quick bite" places to eat. My favorite is the jalapeno poppers. Filled with spicy jalapeno and cream cheese. Delicious.

Can you make me a jalapeno popper kolache sir? I will pay in chainlink.

What in the fuck is this?! Is that thing real? Alive? Put it out of its misery jesus fucking christ!

New orleans reporting in.

Eat kolaches every friday at work

Im considering starting a sandwich/pasta joint in a mid sized town in florida with my friend, any advice?

1) how much money should we save to start?
2) how do you source good quality meat?
3) All things considered would we be better off in a small town with a low economic bar of entry or a mid sized town with a high bar of entry?
4) Is delivery worth it economically?

1) if you are serious about it id try to fund a trip to italy to try to meet people, learn culture/recipe, and hopefully source product, i dont know where you live, your city pop, any of your city's demographic/logistics or your budget

2)your best beat sourcing pasta material is from italy, i have no knowledge of pasta/italian cuisine but there are a shit ton of deer processing companies near by who give me the dankest sausage year round for very cheap in exchange for cross promotion
3)i have no feel for your area, i cant give you a good answer, it depends what the market wants
4)look into food delivery apps, i only deliver catering orders for 20$ extra fee

harlequin ichthyosis
skin disease that is worst at birth. nowadays people might live through it. The thick skin plates slough off but they have to live with this scaly skin forever. The eyelids are fucked up because the outer layer is hard. the eyeballs are actually normal. It's better to have this than to have all your skin burned off.

just like it's better to have one nut crushed in a vice instead of both

Looks like a baguette

Can you put down that thing before it's born? I'd live with the emotional scarring of killing my child if it means he won't get bullied 24/7 and I won't have to deal with this for my entire life.
