Hey folks, I've been trading for about three years and have developed some pretty unique trading strategies. I'll do TA on any coin you like and am happy to answer any legitimate trading questions you might have.
Crypto is a market based on pure speculation. You should not have a favorite coin. Fundamentals don't matter. All that matters are probability distributions and statistics, all you need to do is win a little bit more than half the time and you can make a living doing this. I've made a write up on the basics of what I do if you'd like some background.
If you'd like resources to learn, I can recommend Macro to Micro and Volatility Illuminated by Mark Whistler, the two books I based the groundwork of my strategy on. If you DM me on tradingview I'd be happy to send you the pdfs.
>How does HOT/BTC look now? Tagging the 3.2 Standard deviation and returning inside of it implies retracement/lateral trading. The longest overexpanded distribution is still in a state of expansion, which implies sustained trend. However, the moment we return inside the blue band we will retrace fully to the 35 Moving average, which is around 24 satoshis at this time.
It is also important to note that lateral mean reversion is likely as well do to the strength of the trend, which would bring the mean up to meet price action instead of the other way around. Your best bet is to buy when you hit the 35 MA.
Julian Wood
What about HOT/ETH? HOT/BTC is a fucking disaster to try to chart.
Ryan Phillips
Also what is that shit at the bottom, some proprietary shit or what? I've never seen it before.
We need more TA threads here. Everything else is bait or RLC/HOT/FLO/LINK shitposts.
Landon Rivera
I prefer not to check derivative pairs but I'll check it out, even though ETH/BTC doesn't look good either. Hot/eth is just compressing at a more rapid rate, prediction remains the same.
Seems neat. Using your style what do you think of QKC/BTC? Also many binance shitcoins pump right out of the blue, do you trade those at all and would you rather buy in low & anticipate a pump or get in only once a trend is established?

tradingview.com/x/HBfgRjID/ Significant volatility overhead is implied due to the choppiness of the range. Starting a trend would be difficult at this time as the daily macro distributions continue to compress. Ideally, I would wait for a trend to begin to trade req. Alternatively, trade the range by using the 3.2 standard deviation as the brick wall to get some entries.
tradingview.com/x/VJ4lM4E1/ interesting chart. Price trended down faster than the most overexpanded distribution could compress, which implies the 1.25 standard deviation will provide support. You've got a 15% upside with a tight stop loss as a possibility.
Xrp is in a down trend. If you want to find a short entry, go ahead. Preferably after a volatility pop to the upside. tradingview.com/x/3Y6rrZjM/ On ltc you have a multi period bollinger band squeeze. If you trade the breakout when it hits or have the appropriate WAVE PM cross (orange line crossing blue line on the oscillator, which catches breakouts before they happen,) you can catch a solid position whichever way it starts expanding.

Please do Link, swingies need to know when to buy back in.

new to trading as a whole where can i learn concepts that i can implement not mindlessly guess if a stock will go up ?
Charles Morales
In a downtrend with nowhere to short it. Don't touch it. Hello. Market stop losses with timeouts work wonders for dealing with unexpected volatility. Also, significant moves caused by unexpected buying/selling pressure have predictable countermoves due to the generated mass and subsequent mean reversion. While huge pumps or dumps can be unexpected, the reactive countermoves are predictable and profitable. Mean reversion trading makes up a majority of my trading. I already did Link. Look above. Read Macro to Micro by Mark Whistler. I can send you the PDF on tradingview if you dm me there.

Please based user, TA on Zec and Gvt if you can
Parker Sanchez
do you have wickr brother?
Charles Thompson
I don't, message me on tradingview. tradingview.com/x/ZaUGwy7O/ Zec's slow taper doesn't allow for all that interactive of trading at the moment. While the short term distributions compress and you have abysmally low price volatility it's not worth entering a position. However, if there is next expansion to the upside ZEC will trend reliably for a significant move. Set some price alerts to see if you get any positively weighted mean period volatility.
Alexander Myers
will do
Adrian Moore
Thank you. Could you also please look at NANO/BTC?
Hunter Ward
>tradingview.com/x/ZaUGwy7O/ holy shit this looks nothing like the TA i'm learning, i'm gonna start reading your shit right now. Do you make a good living from trading?
Jace Gomez
I trade proprietarily. I make enough to pay the bills from trading, though I am currently working on an educational platform to spread the basics of my strategy for free and have subscriptions for my proprietary indicators.
Jaxon Long
What about the LINK/BTC and LINK/USD charts. Probably the most unique charts in crypto
Ayden Bennett
are past returns indicative of future performance?
Hudson Rogers
>can't figure out how to get rid of trading fucking panel. /thread. phony TA.
Please take a look at daily weekly 4-6/12 hour charts. Interested in the longer timeframes
Jaxon Jenkins
are those indicators free to use?
Parker Powell
technical analysis is all bullshit. It's easy to read a chart from the past and attribute qualities to it that you think are valid but it really is meaningless
might as well flip a coin
Anthony Rivera
>he cant tell this thread is glorified advertisement for subscription to shitty noob trap indicators never gonna make it
I can offer you 600 pages of documentation on the foundations of my strategy for free, Mark Whistler wrote some excellent books. All my indicators are derivatives of bollinger bands, you can do what I do for free. Not quite. Pretend it's a flag formation. What my indicators are telling me is that when it breaks out of the range it will take little force to sustainably push price in a trend.
F=MA. Mass is distributional width. Since there is little distributional width on bat right now, it will take only a small amount of force to move price.

Tezos
When moon
Adrian Sullivan
That's a huge misconception with crypto. You don't wait for the coin you want to moon, you find a coin already mooning then identify a proper entry.
Angel Robinson
Hi user, I tried to PM you for your information but it says that I need to verificate my phone number, thing that I can't do, can you provide a pastebin or something with useful information to strategies/info to learn, I'm seriously willing to focus and learn, thanks for your time glorious user.
Tyler Perez
Hey friend, I remember your thread a while back. I reread it like 10 times. If I don't have access to the custom script, how else do I know what periods to set the respective BBs? That's where I'm struggling..
You can have it set to 50 and 200 and that much will work fine, albeit less exact on the true trend pivots. Join the discord channel in my TV signature then
been trying to read this, but frankly i really cant understand what the hell are the standard deviations?? why are there so many of them? and why there is a 0.1 or a .95 one.
Wyatt Bell
Lol and thats all she wrote folks.Any decent trader isnt going to waste trading time “teaching” others unless he is barely scraping by at best.
Logan Smith
yeah, that tells you a lot already. all that advanced, complicated shit, for what
Jack Nguyen
thats too much reading, just tell me is btc going up or down, i dont care about shitcoins
More of a locap so it might be hard to determine but what's your vision on xcash?
Brandon King
If you don't mind, could you do DigiByte and zcoin? Have an understanding that both will do well.
Adrian Phillips
Haters spotted. Not everyone is a greedy fuck trying to squeeze every shekel from you.

ok Since I trade proprietarily I don't control which exchange the funds are on. tradingview.com/x/cZbKCYB5/ A lot of potential force but no interest. Stay away for now. God forbid I generate multiple streams of income. If you have to dip into your trading account every month to pay the bills you'll never see exponential growth. If my trading account never grew what would be the point. "I just want fast money by blindly trusting others who may not have my best interest at heart." Read the resources mate. Build a skillset. >>tradingview.com/x/4S7jI5MS/ Looks good, wait for the 14 period cci to roll up for entry. >>tradingview.com/x/l2Atbb4W/ leave req alone until trend actually begins. I'm not big on range trading but there is a nice range there if you have that skillset. The weekly 200 MA, which we will continuously test over the next 8-12 months. It's possible we'll wick down to the monthly 50. Yep. I offer 600 pages of documentation on my strategy for free. I don't like teaching the basics. If someone wants more advanced insight after that then I'll take take their shekels. >>tradingview.com/x/jEBtvkFk/ Going parabolic. I took profit two days ago. I doubt there will be any good entries into it now, sorry user.
