When I got diagnosed at age 6 and put in a 5 day/week care home for autistic children

I don't know why they call it "functional autism". It's clearly nothing like actual retardation where you drool and sperg out randomly.
All it is high intelligence (logical left brain side of things) while the social part is lacking (right brain). In other words a normie might know how to socialize and connect easier with others, but an autist is much smarter overall. Problem is normies are all over the workplace and want other "dumb" normies who will socialize and friend them but don't want actual smart people (unless the role is highly logical and technical i.e engineering).

It's whatever. A normie would view be as an outcast, an anti social loser, but I view him as a degenerate ape. Tit for tat.

just read about high functioning autism definition. maybe i actually am.

Off to a good start.

When I was reading novels in 3rd grade but when I got an answer with decimal points on the calculator I thought I broke it.

probably marijuana

27 years old when I coming down off shrooms and MDMA after a music festival. I realized I had been in denial for most of my life because I managed to make friends in college and got a really good career that deals with people. But autism explains why I found it hard to make friends in grade school, why I'm so quiet sometimes, picky about certain foods, and could never get a girlfriend.

>hurr durr the drugs told me I had autism
fucking retard

I don't think you don't need to be autistic to consider a majority of people (especially today) degenerate apes...

What is the deal with being a loser or weird being labeled as “autism” here?

Have any of you met a person diagnosed with autism by a professional? Stop blaming the fact that you’re a faggot on a mental illness.

Drugs gave you autism

Probably. I can't even smoke weed anymore without feeling like a total sperg in public. It used to make me social when I was college but now I get way into my head. So I quit a couple of years ago.

There's nothingin wrong with the guy in the video, he's just a weird nerd.

Stop falling for the drug companies' labels and taking meds you don't need.

Autism and ADD is a meme.

It's an excuse parents can give to themselves after neglecting their kids. By letting them in a safe bubble with instant gratification (computer, mobile etc.).

If you have ADD and/or autism.
- You where never learned to work or train hard for something that you didn't like.
- You never learned that you should limit things like bad food, games, screens etc.
- You never left your safe bubble and build worth wile relations with people outside your direct family and friends.

I'm 99% sure I would be diagnosed ADD when I would do a test, yet I finished university and have a good job. Just because I tried to focus on the 3 points above.

Due the nature of my job (heavy on math) a couple of colleges are people with diagnosed autism. They all think they are frigging smart, well te be honest I'm not impressed by their intelligence. You can be the smartest person in the room, but if you can't connect with the people you work with and get anything done your worthless.

When I realized I was able to stare at a chart for 12h

I'm sure you know better than all the people who actually studied the subject of autism.

This guy seems to have way too much self-awareness to be autistic. Seems like a stand up bloke, good for him. Maybe the NEETS here can learn from him rather than shitposting here all day.

well, if motivation to act and to learn comes from fear, then yeah, a lot of things become memes.

Yeah keep believing the people who are paid to give those diagnoses

You call it fear, I call it a poor excuse to get into a victom role
