What is iExec: iExec wants to decentralize cloud computing market by building the future of the Internet infrastructure and will act as a new form of distributed governance, challenging key HPC, Big Data and Cloud industry leaders. Decentralized infrastructure and market network, where big data and HPC applications, highly valued data-sets, and computing resources (storage, CPU, GPU) will be monetized on the blockchain with the highest level of transparency, resiliency and security. iExec plans to focus on Fog computing. iExec is blockchain agnostic
iExec is member of openfogconsortium.org/ (Founding Members: arm, Cisco, Dell, Intel, Microsoft, Princeton Uni.)
Fog computing adds a hierarchy of elements between the cloud and endpoint devices, and between devices and gateways, to meet these challenges in a high performance, open and interoperable way.
Feeling real comfy knowing it's ranked 140 yet better then its competitors ranked in the top 60 and some in the top 40. Gonna be a fun ride up the rankings.
James Myers
Why is iExec better than SONM, Golem and other competing projects?
Evan Bailey
The big tech giants are clearly very interested in them.
Jaxson Davis
fucking finally someone makes an iExec general. Been shilling this gem for weeks. 20$ EOY 200$ by 2021 1000$ by 2026
go ahead and laugh but considering the circulating coins and the massive amount of use cases iexec has it's not unbelievable at all. All fucking in. I missed ETH, not gonna miss this gem.
Carter Cox
What's clear is the use case is really strong and necessary in the future and it's marketcap should be way higher considering how many shitcoins are above it. Off-chain computation and fog computing are fucking needed.
Parker Lee
Yep, and also i think that the iExec enabled dApps will eventually be a massive market all on it's own...combine that with AI, mining, cloud shit, fog, IoT, and every other crazy thing imaginable...the possibilities are fucking endless.
It's basically going to be a decentralized google if you think about it, maybe not the search capabilities(who knows, maybe it's possible, i don't know).
Carter Young
also we crushed through the 200SMA I think after this small dip it's gonna skyrocket really fuckin hard and then even harder during next bullrun
we need more memes i think we should just slap the iexec logo on like, superheroes and cool motherfuckers and shit that have black/yellow or look aesthetic as fuck, pic related
just read the whitepaper this will never take off. The internet will never be decentralized because it will mean it can't be controlled and regulated by (((them)))
>bought yesterday >looked like it was dead this morning >sold at loss >pumps to new ath WHY AM I SUCH A FUCKING LOOSER?!
Colton Gonzalez
This is now an iexec meme thread
Isaac Diaz
You are all retards, I posted about Fog computing in a RLC thread a few months ago and now everybody jumped on the "fog hype" train. I know that RLC has fog computing on their roadmap, but a different project is WAY ahead.
Lucas Myers
Iexec is way bigger than fog computing. Off-chain is their bread and better and thats needed in all the emerging automation industries.
Alexander Ward
But it's not the only project trying to do this. Anyways RLC is a good hold for now...
