Yes, NAC releases an antioxidant called glutathione and it noticeably helped my depression. Tyrosine is a precursor for dopamine and norepinephrine
It's nice but tolerance breaks are gay so I'm considering getting off it permanently

Ashwagandha is for lowering cortisol and works like l theanine in a sense. Had a bad reaction to NSI. Don't follow the path of trying new shit because you feel your brain isn't working. These are not cures and magic potions that make you brand new again. Tried everything thats been posted in here. ZINC is massively important for men.

What supplements should a femoid with ADHD take? I'm borderline retarded and even with life on easy mode I make it hard on myself because I forget everything all the time, I ask stupid questions and I have no energy which makes it hard to give it my all.
I have ADHD as well and was super lazy in school when I was younger. I did a large dose of acid and a large dose of shrooms a couple months after (two tabs of acid & 5 grams of shrooms). Afterwards I stopped being so lazy, started microdosing them and my brain just went into overdrive. Obviously it wasn't all the drug you need some discipline but they did help quite a bit.
