Tip from property developer. You can't kick them out, but you can do maintance, which includes removing windows and doors, a fucking nightmare, but they often leave fairly quickly when you start to remove the windows. As soon as they have left, you can change the locks, dump their shit on the drive n secure the property. Just in case any of you fags make it n become landlords.
