Im 31 &for past 12 yeara did HVAC/Refrigeration. I'm one certification away from being an engineer. 2 months ago while traveling 72mph car of illegals pulled in front me. 4 passengers injured &now no service insurance will cover my "liability".
Faced wih financial crises turning to yall hoping for some advice. Need to make $1,000 this week I'm 10,000 in the next month. Hoping by March to complete contractor business certification and hire driver to get company going again. I have very limited funds and other than robbery or some illicit activity low on ideas. Advice is appreciated.

haha yr a real winner whats sad is you took the time to type that was doing well clearing 1.2k-1.7k USD weekly prior to the accident. Good meat is worth every penny thats hanwoo best Ive had by far Im an average Italian guy with no abs &no "gamer skillz" be a tough sell plus without gear or money not really an option unsure They didnt give insurance any info just ran up a massive ER bill& disappeared into the wind. State trooper called me week ago asking if I had any of their info. I dont blame them just another mistake in a long series of mistakes. Our law enforcement should've stopped them before reaching this far east.

Other companies insurance are extremely strict. All employees are lumped together for risk assessment so they demand 7 years accident free for starters. If I had my own company which is what the 10k plus my investors will match can hire couple clean record people & work it out from there.
I went from hanwoo to ramen in 60 days. Sure everyone has to struggle & certainly made me stronger in a lot of ways but dont want to lose our house or pull my son out of school. I know things will turn around have lot of support from past customers & community. Still unsure how going to make it till they do. Feels so odd having to consider illegal stuff to make ends meet but Im nearly@my last dime.
They invest heavily in security. Most have parking lot &building security 24/7 due to the massive amount of claims they deny.

The certification test $275 which isnt much but you' re required to have $1,000,000 in bond insurance & an active LLC in the city county&state to operate.
Lost rest of savings in hospital bills& home upkeep. 1,000 this month will cover mortgage,power,gas&taxes for home. 10,000 to match investors which use to fund payroll,office space,&other company expenses(lease truck,bond, taxes, equipment,parts to run service) Its easily done but I want to bring in friends as investors getting a share untill they are paid back. Ive already relied heavily just to keep groceries in house wont accept any more handouts. One ladyfriend suggested creating a nonprofit fund& investing business in low income or storm damaged areas in Caribbean. My backers support this but thats above my head currently. Once my company is on its feet can do alot of good for those in need but unfortunately that's me right now.

May up going and setting up grow rooms for individuals in legal states. However family would have to watch my child while I'm gone and it would take a few weeks. My experience is mostly commercial HVAC& Refrigeration. I've worked for nearly all big store chains &retail. I've done some repairs on shrimp boats to survive but the work hasn't been consistent.
Do you have an option to get your certification, even if you can’t operate now, and find work to save until you have 10k?
I completely understand if it’s not what you want to do, but is it an option?

Unfortunately no bylaw the day that you become certified you must have insurance,bond&LLC in operating area. it's a predicate to testing.
No one was killed but 3 were removed by "jaws of life" ford focus crumpled like a candy wrapper against my nissan service van fully loaded.
In order to go the Savings route I would have to get another career or temporary job doing something else. The work I'm doing now within the field is under the table and technically illegal.
I sold my firearms, personal EDC (hk usp9T) and some non-essential tools just to survive this far.

I was insured company paid for tow their vehicle& "value" of my van which wasn't even close btw took a huge loss but water under the bridge. They've been informed me that I was no longer insurable through their company I found others but they are astronomical priced until I find another individual to list as my driver. The $1,500 deductible for my van and $1,500 medical deductible took chunk of my savings which they collected then informed me of my uninsureability. Through this process I've learned how corrupt business really is. thanks user nearly worst part is being w-o my funs. I carry a full length knife when downtown but losing the usp was worst. Not ashamed to admit cried that night. When things look up I'll get another just focusing on Survival right now
