The witnet news is bullish for LINK. Here's why

The recent news that witnet has beat LINK to market with the world's first decentralized oracle network is actually bullish for LINK token hodlers
It will force Sergey to get off his ass and hire people and get mainnet finished by end of q1 2019 so they don't fall too far behind.
He might even hire some real marketing muscle and try the Justin Sun route so the token pumps 5-10x while we wait.
Buy LINK now with a target of 60k Satoshi by March 1. At that point you can see if any actual progress is made and dump for a nice short term gain at that point and possibly buy witnet tokens if they're available.

All I ever heard is that Witnet neglected an important hardware layer.

what you don't understand, is that chainlink is not aimed at neets, it's aimed at big companies, neets are just needing to stake their linkies.

we don't really mater. what matters is adoption and chainlink is already backed by the big players.

witnet is just an opportunist hypster shit that wants to piggy back the oracle hype.

People assume a lot, there's lots of fud out there on both LINK and witnet
The vast majority of smart contracts won't need enterprise grade security so TEE won't be needed or desired
For those who do want an extra layer of security why does everyone assume Intel sgx is the end all be all? Other companies exist and can provide solutions if there's demand. It's total nonsense

There isn't confirmed adoption though
Link has partnered with literal who companies
There's breadcrums and speculation on bigger players but 0 confirmation and still 0 mainnet so we don't know yet
Also if witnet ends up being the better solution companies can and will switch

>Jeb, we should really implement some sort of decentralised oracle solution into our B2B software solution
>Yes Adam, Ive also been thinking about it and looking at the candidates, what do you have on your mind?
>There is this eaternity...
>A what? Is that some kind of french word Jeb?
>Dont know Adam, what about this oraclize?
>Isnt it centralised?
>True, I also looked at this mobius, but it seems like they are indians...
>Hm Jeb, what about this witnet?
>I cant seem to find anything on these guys Adam, makes me uncomfortable, where is the documentation?
>Ahhh here it is, Chain Link, sounds logical, we can link data with it
>Let me google that for you Adam, lets see, smartcontract oracles on google, yes here it is the picture shows this chainlink thing
>Yes yes this is the one, lets check smartcontract.com
>yes here it is, this is the one where we can link data to the blockchain!

I'm a link holder but this is the reality
>Googles chain link
>pictures of a chain link fence come up
>Googles chainlink crypto
>pictures of fat Sergey memes come up
We both know it

chainlink crypto is something a reddit trader would google fren. Smartcontract oracle brings out even more link results

witnet is shit

I see shit like this and then think about the 35 thousand dollars I have in link and chuckle

Witnet is like too many other quixotic projects in the space, a group of smart people sure, but they don't understand how the real world works.

The excitement about LINK is that its two elements: it's not just the tech but also the bizdev side of it. What do you think Daniel Kochis and Mark Oblad have been up to for the past year? Sergey is a workaholic by all accounts and has been in this space for years. It's all about having these connections and resources ready to go and be integrated. From here the network effect, along with the superior underlying tech, will take hold.

>network effect
The network effect requires a working product.

My instincts tell me that the Witnet thing is a big nothingburger since the shills have been pushing it so hard (although i haven't looked into it).

Regardless, I'm confident that Sergey will decimate any competition that gets in his way. You have to understand... he is an autist who's made this his life's work. The more I see him speak, the more obvious it becomes that there's no room in his mind for anything BUT decentralized oracles. The secrecy, the stress-eating, the spergy technobabble... this project's success is literally life or death for him

can you imagine sergey saying shit like this on twitter? don't be a cuck dude.

sergey is literally on NDA he can't say shit.

>Nobody cared who he was until he demonstrated a working product

You faggots, this kills the shitlink. What do you think the shadow fork is, a meme?

It must be extremely painful.

>ready to go and be integrated

every observe this faggot and what he said. this dumbfag is so short sighted that he cant see why chainlink will be the better choice, the standard choice. its a better choice because you can pick the amount of decentrlization and security parameters you want? You wanna run those contracts that dont require hardware? Thats cool chainlink can do that, but oh if you ever need to have hardware tho WE DO THAT SHIT TOO. LMAO this dumb fag doesnt realize as soon as 'muh witnet contracts' needs decentralization or hardware GUESS WHO THE FUCK THEY GUNNA USE NIGGA...this witnet fud is so fucking old you dumb fucking newfags go fuck yourselves

FAT
A
T

face it faggots, you invested a fortune in something that looked awesome on paper and you thought you were pretty clever with an iq of 200 cause u read a nerdy white paper just to realize you invested in a simpsons monorail type of technology.

It's your money. Remember everyone saying "witnet" has absolutely nothing to gain from doing so; witnet isn't selling anything yet. You're supposedly approaching all of this as investment; however, you conduct yourself like a frustrated missionary.

That's a fake account, retard

LMAO look at this nigga telling me i cant be emotionally attached to my investment, this nigga can GO FUCK HIMSELF lmaooo yooo only person who tells me what to do is my moms yo deadass lolz

so you're calling the whole crypto market a failed attempt? why don't you go back to granpa stocks and make your shitty 2% gains per year.

chainlink is not a fancy technology you dub mongoloid. it's the only solution to connect smart contracts to the internet.

rn smart contracts have to throught some fucking priate company to fetch their data(centralized oracles) wich is complete shit that goes against the idea of crypto in itsself.

the bockchain should be independent and free of any fucking compay owning its data.

that's why we need a decentralized network of data providers, NOT 1 company should monopolize the data of the blockchain; you are acting like fucking banker jew. muhhh useless tech you fucking cuck chailink is bringing independence to th blockchain, independance from a company owning it.

think for a seconf you dumb cunt and tell me this is isn't bitcoin back in 2009

yeah, back to the basement kid
thats not how business works

>wow this Google search looks impressive
>oh wait there's no working product and we need a solution today
>let's use witnet since they have a working solution

COPE more faggot

>let's use witnet since they have a working solution
>oh they are not middleware?
>they are their own chain
>so we have to think about how they scale?
>whats their plan?
>how many nodes do they have online?
>whats with that mustache?
>is this a circus side show?
>yikes

>he thinks witnet won't have an enterprise level solution using trusted hardware
>he thinks Intel sgx is the only game in town
Lmao get a load of this dood
Witnet did it the right way. No $32,000,000 ico. No fucking big macs. Just hard work and an MVP. Minimal viable product that fucking WORKS. Retard

meanwhile dozens of projects already have come out as users from the day chainlink launches, and so far there appears to be zero interest from anyone to use witnet...

the tokens price going astronomical is far from guaranteed, but if you can't see chainlink will be the no. 1 oracle for ethereum and likely other chains, you're retarded.

>he fell for the middlewear meme
Idiot their plan is outlined if you do a simple search you'll see it all
Unlike link who just shills the same fucking speech over and over for years on end with no mainnet in sight

COPING LINKTARDS LMAO

Idiot I never said companies would use a Google search to run their business. Other anons tried to make that argument and even that pathetic attempt failed as I showed.

s-s-s-s-salty swinglinkers

not to mention sergey did a 32 MILLION dollar ICO for 35% of the supply and then proceeded to print another 35% for himself LMAO
this dude basically asked for 32 million dollars and then printed 32 million dollars for himself and people still suck his dick. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. YOU GOT SCAMMED

>middlewear meme
middleware literally mentioned in davos
oh sweet summer child

Can both sides of this retarded battle stop to laugh at this guy?

I've been here longer than you and I'm unironically whiter than you, faggot

Read the op again retard
I said buy link NOW for upcoming profits. Sell at or around 60k Satoshi unless link actually does some fucking work and main net is imminent

I generally agree but LINK will still pump to around 60k Satoshi give or take because le smart contracts are gonna be the next huge meme bubble and LINK will go up regardless of the supply or how many big macs Sergey eats

My mum taught me it's not nice to laugh at the mentally challenged.

calm down kiddo, seem a little defensive
>le smart contracts
wowee. back you go

He reminds me of Bruno from PRL.

Why 60K sat?

>witnet has beat LINK to market with the world's first decentralized oracle network

here's a hint: link's network has been functional for months but is under audit

Attached: 60588605.jpg (960x960, 75K)

> hire people and get mainnet finished by end of q1 2019
They won't even be up to speed by the end of Q1. Do you think development progress just scales linearly with how many man hours you throw at it or something?

Roughly a 5x from here
If you want to be more aggressive sell only a portion there and ladder sells every 5k Satoshi higher

myspace was first too

>under audit
So why the fuck would anyone trust it? There could be huge security holes which would sink the project
Witnet has an actual product that works today, kiddo. No fuckin test net or audits or whatever the fuck. No literal who's. Anyone can use it, today

>thats not how business works
you'd be surprised at how dumb boomers are with decision making. especially when it comes to technology choices

This is exactly what I thought also. There have DEFINITELY been situations that happened as described lmao. Probably fucking daily.

>Witnet has an actual product that works today, kiddo. No fuckin test net or audits or whatever the fuck. No literal who's. Anyone can use it, today
>No fuckin test net or audits
You think this is a good thing that makes people trust it.
>here's a hint: link's network has been functional for months but is under audit
You think this is a bad thing that makes people distrust it.

Dude seriously your IQ is too low for this shit. Just buy some bluechip like ethereum and hodl instead of trying to guess among specialized fintech solutions. The problem isn't that you don't know things. The problem is that you assume things work a certain way and assume you know things that you should know that you don't know about and that some part of your brain should be like "huh maybe I should try to figure this out" but that part of your brain doesn't show up and that is why you should just stay in bluechipthereum.

>Witnet has an actual product that works today
have they published their audit results?

>that pajeet tier English
>misspelling ‘rekt’
>using ’tldr’ on twitter

I know youre trolling but if Witnet wasn't audited like you make it seem why the fuck would people trust it? Keen to hear your retarded response for keks

Although, some would say missionary is the superior position.

Hmm I saved you about 5 seconds of work

I thought it was already finished and could be used today?

witnet announced testnet with aggregation. not mainnet.

>muh link gets all da digits Hur durp

Noone has done research on witnet yet because everyone is enfatuated with sergey and his massive size. If we actually did research on witnet im sure we'd find connections we don't see now.

There’s open sourced TEE but I’m not helping cause your a faggot

It amazes me how much time biz has taken to realize that Witnet exists. The technology is really similar to Chainlink. This usually happens when projects are open source. And no, Chainlink has no first mover advantage at all because now, it’s only a test net on ethereum, and still has a lot of work to do. First, and probably the most important, the service aggrement, which it’s not even started (0 tasks finished on “collect and agreegate” on pivotal, and the team can’t even finish a very simple wip on github). Witnet has the service aggrement ready to go, you can run a node and try how good it works on the testnet now. Another really good fact about Witnet network is they are also blockchain agnostic: “The Witnet protocol connects smart contracts to any online data source. Sport results, stock prices, weather forecasts or even other blockchains”. Main net, according to the team, will be released this year, probably by may-june.

In summary:
·Decentralized oracle network
·Test Net with aggregation ready
·Main net on may-june 2019
·The node operators get paid
·Consensus to choose the most reliable data
·Allows Smart Contracts to connect with any API and even any other blockchain (blockchain agnostic)
·Allows Smart Contracts to connect with any data which it's not in APIs

Sounds pretty good, so I’ve just run a node on the Witnet Network. Now on the test net you can use some oracles related to Sports, AI, Events and others. So, my first node worked with data about the Arsenal-Manchester united FA Cup match on 25/1. It included: which teams played, what the result was, and how much goals did Lukaku (Manchester United player) score.
To collect and aggregate all this information, I connected via Verity to the Bet365 API, the Premier League Live Scores API, the TalkSports API and the William Hill API. And obviously, the results were simply brilliant. Cont..

Attached: 1548691392340.jpg (400x400, 17K)

Once the matches ended, the Smart Contract auto-executed the clausules, achieving a consensus with all the APIs data.

Nice trips frend

warosu.org/biz/?task=search&ghost=&search_text=It amazes me how much time biz has taken to realize that Witnet exists.

Witnet doesn’t even have a testnet out yet. It’s due sometime this quarter. This new witnet fud is just retarded and I’m embarrassed to call myself a marine after seeing the reaction to this here. Biz used to be high IQ, not sure what happened.

witnet isnt even an oracle. it has no consensus framework. it simply averages every input to deliver an output. this is literally what actual oracle users would define as the worst case scenario for them. open to serious manipuation and fraud. you really think real-world companies executing multi-billion dollar contracts would use witnet? cos if do i've a seafront property in nevada i'd like you to see...

Kek, this based boy is clearly shook after that one talk with sergey. Hes being oracle mogged and he knows it
