how does one make it on their own, without working for someone else? i want to make it, but not going anywhere right now
>former classmates and coworkers have made it by going into banking or doing MBAs at top ranked schools (Yale, Oxford, Chicago, INSEAD) >i'm autistic and can't get into banking >don't think i can get an MBA either what do?
Yes bitch start a business that generates capital and learn how to invest in RE. What you wanna do complaining that you're not good at school?
Mason Morris
>invest in RE cash flow is a problem. i can make downpayments, but making sure there are tenants that can pay the costs will be hard. in my city renting is cheaper than buying too, so it's harder to invest if you're not already rich
>What you wanna do complaining that you're not good at school? i'm good at school, get good grades. just autistic. don't think i can pass an MBA interview or network well while in the MBA too

look at that face! >no matter what you do, she will never be happy.

Any business enviornment will have you in contact with at least 25 people a day
see investing in RE is hard in my city. i lack capital (i could probably put a downpayment on 1 condo only), and then charging enough rent to cover mortgage + condo fees + taxes would be difficult given the rent prices in the city
in terms of being an agent, i don't have the social skills for sales tbqh
Protip: unless you are very skilled; you do not do this. True skill comes from enjoying what you do, so if your skill is not marketable then you are stuck as a cog in the machine. Copying what others are doing to freelance only works short-term. You will always be pulled in by the gravity of wagecucking unless your skill is truly exceptional. Money is not freedom, skill is. I wish my father told me this when I was young.
My grandfather had his own construct company back in the day. My dad has his own construction company. We only have 5 people working for us (including me) and make over $100,000 a month. Sometimes we get individual contracts for $250,000 or more. We specialize in one single product that we install, and 95% of our work is high end commercial offices and tech HQ’s. I’ve been in the boardrooms of every single tech company you can think of
Evan Campbell
how do i start my own company? i don't have that great skills
don't have construction skills i'm an auditor, but don't want to do either audits or tax work (i don't even have good tax knowledge) for small businesses/individuals
>how do i start my own company? >i don't have anything to offer sheesh
James Gomez
Are you really that autistic? You seem to be doing just fine talking to us here now even if it is in written form.
If you can put together how you feel and what you want etc. And express it normally in written form you should be able to do it in person.
How old are you?

form an LLC buy stuff at wholesale or discount sell at price higher than you bought for or create your own stuff and sell it or sell your services to others
Elijah Rivera
making posts here is fine thinking of things to talk about with people and continue conversations is harder
>buy stuff at wholesale how do i get better prices than amazon or other online retailers?
