Yes, there are low code projects you can do like making /weg/games. Go to /aco/ they have guides that practically spoon feed.
I don't think so user. Wish you luck, don't give up.

Udemy is literally a shit scam
Start with Youtube videos by top-tier enthusiast.
Then go to Udacity. It is hard, but it is top tier.
After Udacity employment is easy. Also try Coursera and EdX.

also look for spring guru (forgot his name for java courses), stephen grider for react, he also has an excellent docker/kubernetes introductory course, look at udemy and reddit for review before downloading.
learn java and springboot and some devops tools (using git ans github and installing and using gitlab, then travis ci then install and use jenkins, then docker and learn the react meme (use rest with mvc because mvc isn't going nowhere) and also play a litle with aws and gcloud, honestly it's not difficult with good courses, spring is tough but you'll find a job with it.
my advice is cash out some crypto and neet it up, if you learn how to use all of those techs you will find a high paying job in no time.
Literally any company except for udemy op will be a better choice unless you're an absolute beginner who cant Google.
This is funny because my gf really likes udemy.
