It's very easy to use bitcoin through Tor.
The question is whether they can do blockchain analysis to trace the funds backwards / forwards and find out who posted the CP.

Bitcoin is money, and money must be neutral. The point Craig has been making is that adding things that are specifically designed to circumvent law (DSV, Lightning, etc) creates problems.
If someone wants to use BSV for nefarious purposes they can still do that, but it is not designed specifically for those purposes and it is certainly not friendly towards those things.

2) If 1) can be stopped in any way, BCash would prove to be centralized (it alraedy is, but it would be demonstrated even further) thus value proposition is 0.
