HOLO is just another in a long series of flavour of the week shitcoins. Jow Forums is usually heavily shilling 2-3 of these at any given time.
Since 2017, there must have been hundreds of these shitcoins, all of which are dead now and forgotten.

Why is the utility retarded? There needs to be something that represents the cost to perform work on the network. The token and the burn contract represent the cost.
