That's a bit dramatic. Ripple doesn't want to put a chip in your hand or palm id on the dag for government tracking like livestock (what iota is doing). Ripple isn't trying to squeeze all of the money out of your account with microtransactions or allow your refridgerator to tax you for eating innapropriately (caugh, iota). Ripple uses xrp token to transfer money internationally; this is a good thing.
