Chart looks like absolute shit for sure. Github seems active and they post updates on their medium. Very little marketing, especially for an asian coin. The subreddit is a joke, dunno what other community they have, but probably telegram, but those are always a joke.
Anyway, this is a longterm speculation if you're buying this. Main net is probably a long ways away.
IOST is legit and they have crosschain tokenization going on with XLM+ETH. I'm pretty excited to see where this goes if it ever does anything beside dump forever.

I have no idea. They took in 25k ETH at ICO, not sure what they took in from pre-sale VC funds. 10% of the supply was earmarked for exchange listings, not even sure if they've used that or not. ETH was 800 dollars when their ICO ended, so it really depends heavily on if they liquidated most of it for USD or what they did. Hopefully they didn't start liquidating at 85 dollars lmao.
