This. Bunch of 4channers tried to force it as /ourcoin/, during the presale ico phase of chainlink there was a minimum requirement of 300eth to enter the presale. Bunch of anons pooled up together and shared presale links to fill them with their eth. Coin continued to get shilled and pumped up and hyped for the sibios event that link was attended, whole event turned out to be a flop chainlink had a presentation in a room of like 18 people next to the public toilets, literally no news or partnership came from the event and the coin dumped back to below ico prices and created 1000's of bagholder anons. Now during this alt bull run lots of anons and took advantage of this and shilling this coin to all the new money and newfags that joined in december and don't know this story. The coin is HEAVILY manipulated and the supply is dried up from huge whales who accumulated below ICO price to create a artificially lower supply (a lot like REQ) and these people have so much room to dump on all of you faggots to still be in profit when the time comes. In regards to actual project that chainlink aiming to achieve it's nothing more than a basic json parser for smart contracts, would take like a day to add to ethereum by itself.. literally making links whole concept pointless and definitely no need for a token. Would take a lot longer to get it working with bitcoin but the bitcoin core devs would be able to work out the solution a lot quicker than chainlink will, think that's something worth noting that literally nothing is completed and you're literally just buying a whitepaper, they have only 2 developers and they don't communicate at all with no proven background on either, in fact sergey was involved in a project before chainlink called NxT that he since been abandoned until it was took over by a new developer team
Sebastian Cox
So Ethereum took 2 years to get to Chainlink's mcap, which only took a year, and this is somehow bearish?
Ryder Cox
Only once will I post this. Only once.
Those of you who have been blindly following the chainlink shills are absolute fucking retards. If you had an IQ above 90 and spent 30 minutes researching, you'd actually understand why you are making the best investment of your lives.
The problem with this board is literally most of the Chainlink shills could not explain to you why Chainlink is actually an amazing bet. The few anons that do get it and post legitimately useful information get ignored because most of this board is dense and dumb as fuck and when they can't understand something they act like it wasn't even posted.
Chainlink is next gen. It will make all current holders with 10k+ millionaires. You may have to wait 2-3 years, which most of you will be too dumb to do. You'll see a 5x a year from now and because you've been checking the price every fucking day for over 1500 days you'll think "fuck it, I'm selling, this isn't going anywhere!". When the token actually goes parabolic you'll be holding the keys to your piece of shit Corvette and those of us who weren't total brainlets will be having you park our Bentley's because you work as a fucking valet now.
This is not pasta. Do not repost this. This is simply the truth. Fucking screencap and check back in 2021.
Jose Jackson
Only because sergey fucked up the token economics of his coins so bad, this shit coin came out of ico with a top 100 market cap
I cant wait to watch chainlink go to nothing
Lucas Taylor
>Chainlink is next gen >A utility token for last gen technology is next gen tech
LINK won't grow as fast as ETH did due to different circumstances like crypto having zero attention at the time, but chainlink is still a good project which has been in the works for awhile. I missed out on ETH maybe LINK can have a run like ETH if not whatever.
FUD niggers saying how delusional we are and how chainlink will go to zero. If you are so sure Chainlink is a scam them short it you faggotry bitches.
All this FUD only makes me more bullish for Chainlink
Jayden Wood
Where do I short it genius?
Evan Harris
that's it kid! keep 'em coming! maybe run with the witnet fud when youre out of ideas?
Hudson Turner
Was it ever reported how much Smart Contract paid to acquire Town Crier?
Daniel Jones
>not innovative at all Nigga wat
Dominic Nguyen
Its not, its band aid fix to a problem ethereum creates. Its also extremely late to the market. Chainlink should have been out in 2016. Ethereum is last generation technology, chainlink is a late to market utility for last generation technology.
Samuel Peterson
Last generation technology. Nigga ethereum isn't even being used, where are all these financial smart contracts?
Josiah Watson
Because its a shit coin, it was innovative in 2014 and a key component in the development of cryptocurrency, but in 2019 it just cannot compete. You have to remember ethereum isnt bitcoin, it isnt a store of value and theres no guarantee it will retain value indefinitely especially when all its value came from the utility it provided, utility it cannot sustain....
This was pretty obvious when he bumped the thread multiple times with "hah you're delusional"
Jace Morgan
You are delusional, How can a Erc 223 token need more funding than Ethereum itself?
I feel like you retards have been clinging to this meme so long you have lost all objectivity in regard to the project. If they released a product in 2016-2017 It might have been cool. Now you are just living off hopium while most intelligent investors have begun migrating from Ethereum because the project has failed to provide the utility it promised
Adrian Hernandez
Ok
Jordan Taylor
>The patent >Only 3 devs when ETH had 20 in less time with less money >Only about to be on V 0.6 KEK >Cayman Islands (Scammers' haven) >No TestNet activity >Shadow Fork >Sergey's exited every project >No cameras at fireside >Sergey's disgusted look seeing camera. "A-Are you streaming? No no, thanks for helping (REEEEE)"
How much more red flag abuse will Sergey's Cucks take from him?
>thinks link is in any way dependent upon eth never gonna make it
Ethan Ross
Not only is chainlink an erc 223 token, but its sole function is acting as a chainlink between Ethereum smart contracts and non block chain entities. I couldn't think of a coin that is more dependent upon eths success than chainlink
This has to be the truest post I've read in a while. You are doing god's work user. It's funny how you have 0 replies. Do link holders purposefully blind themselves from the truth? I'm a curious knowing what you would say about holochain now.
It's not worth it user, all of the good discussion has already happened and we bought our stacks.
Don't waste your time on brainlets, most of the shills are there same FUDders the next day because they're swinging, their short sightedness will be there downfall, fuck'em.
I get triggered by the same shit as you, which is why I'm taking much longer breaks from biz these days.
We've done the hard work and handed it to them on a platter, that's already more than what they deserve, they'll sell too early anyway.
Levi Wood
>14 posts and counting
I can smell the desperation of this swinglinker, you'll get BTFO just like the rest
Christian Howard
and where are they migrating? because I'm still seeing ethereum as the clear leader in every metric and by a fuck load
Jason Morris
Those were too long so I didn't read them, but I totally agree, fellow marine.
Stinky $1000 eoy coming at you. Link 4 life.
Juan Thompson
Looks like 2020 is takeoff time. 2019 link is between $1-$10.
Austin Brooks
>big brain bearish on Chainlink >too much of a nigger to figure out how to short Chainlink
Weak bait or you're that much of a retarded nigger. Either way kys!
Nicholas Hill
Between any blockchain and anything else* including other blockchains. Neck yourself you little sperg
Zachary Perry
>Chainlink currently only supports Ethereum, and the official answer from the team around this is that they’re going to fully complete its Ethereum integration before starting on others.
>Supporting these chains natively would be a huge accomplishment, especially considering Chainlink isn’t its own blockchain. For example, you have projects like Blockcolider that run their own blockchain, including blocks from Ethereum and Bitcoin into its own. If you don’t have that, then you’ve still got to form consensus on Ethereum as there’s no other public chain supported that can decentrally compute.
ethereum already cemented itself as the dominant platform with no hope for anything else.
chainlink hasn't showed its capable of anything and already has competitors at the same level as them or close before they're even released a full mainnet.
Adrian Hill
>they've*
Matthew Johnson
LOL, you guys are so desperate to FUD LINK.
You had more then a year to accumulate. Its now or never.
Daniel Roberts
>>Shadow Fork FUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKKK I FORGOT WE ALL GOT SHOAH'D WITH A SHADOW FORK
WHYYYYYY GODDDDDDDDD
Andrew Harris
I hope all newfags see this shit so they realize chainlink is a scam
U sold the local bottom. How is this even possible. You’re supposed to sell on the green candles not the red ones lol
Grayson Ramirez
This.
Jonathan Cook
being this new
Ethan Cox
>The problem with this board is literally most of the Chainlink shills could not explain to you why Chainlink is actually an amazing bet.
I don't see you doing much explaining either. Why is it a good bet ?(statements about 10x are not an explanation)
Eli Campbell
It’s pasta my dude
Brody Brooks
fucking retards gas yourself and leave us the fuck alone
Joshua Turner
The truth is, ChainLink is a pretty good concept. But adoption is still too far behind. Its just the reality that most companies that go for digitalization prefer their centralized solutions rather than decentralized.
For me the tipping point will be when the average joe business owner realizes that he can automate his invoice, contract, insurance and tax accounting shit and free himself of the shekels that is modern bureaucracy. Problem is that most people are just not smart enough or have the time to outsource their digitalization to a company that handles it.
Also government institutions are far behind digitalization. They either dont have their regulations for it or they have to crazy regulations. It will take lots of shilling to have a working enviroment that is more cost beneficial.
The good thing about ChainLink is that they reserved the domain smartcontracts.com and that they create a simple to apply product.
Imagine you were at the beginning of the internet and you'd have to set up your own dns server and compiler for text messages / images / files etc. so you can send out information via the internet. Soon providers picked this shit up and gave you the option of Email. This opened the door for average people to use the benefits of the system aswell.
Blake Morris
Sauce?
Christian Murphy
>Ethereum >working product in 1.5 years What they released at that time was a glorified testnet. In fact, ETH is STILL a glorified testnet to this day, and will remain so until at the very least scaling is handled.
Also, it took 3 years for ETH to moon: -ICO: summer 2014 -Moon mission: summer 2017
The summer 2017 moon mission was because ETH gained actual "use" in the form of a shittoken dispenser. Now imagine what will happen to the solution that enables mainstream fucking smart contracts (which implies everything from industry streamlining to peer-to-peer financial products).
Asher Murphy
>Now imagine what will happen to the solution that enables mainstream fucking smart contracts It won't happen within the next 5 years
Jaxon Brown
>It won't happen within the next 5 years Mainnet won't be released until 5 years from now? k
Noah Scott
>ethereum already cemented itself as the dominant platform with no hope for anything else. this is bcash level delusion and nig-tier dumbfuck stupid. jesus fuck, why do ignorant reddit faggots such as yourself come tothis board. you are one stupid fucking bagholder.
Kayden Edwards
There's a long way full of obstacles between mainnet and its more or less widespread use for solving real life problems.
Jace Bennett
>more or less widespread use for solving real life problems ETH never got even close to that, and look what happened.
Are you seriously complaining about being TOO early or something?
Brody Brooks
These are two completely different projects with different goals and there's a lot of reasons why you shouldn't expect such price action from chainlink. ETH had its reasons to rise on speculation, link does not.
