1. If they are hiring more, why are all the links on their web site dead?

2. If you go to constellatin LinkId you will see that the majority of them will not go public with their names. One person even scrubbed name and photo, Gina Rubino. For every start-up investors, these are major, major red flags. They clearly don't want their names associated with the company they work for and be recognized later. Why not?

4. You don't have a dysfunct web site while updating. Especially not when you are a start-up with no history that can legitimate the company. A functioning web site is paramount for a start up in the financial industry.
