just hold out for a couple months. as long as people don't quit every week, they'll get used to you

Hijacking this thread. What are semi decent jobs for neets like us? I frankly don't give a shit what people think of me just trying to find the least wagecuck job available

Technical support position at a real estate office.

>everyone hates me because I'm quiet

same, but it's not just coworkers

That's me in every job, I always quit after a couple of months and start again, nobody can tell I'm quiet from the interviews.

seem like this board attracts a lot of similar people. I cant stand socialising with people and have gone from job to job because of this reason

Same here. I guess it's just wagecuck superiority complex (like reverse NEET smugness) amplified by the persistent need to up their own status within their localized dominance hierarchy by turning on the outsider who doesn't give a shit about the games. I've told coworkers spreading gossip and rumors that I don't want any part in it, and surely soon after they all turn on you. For some reason this trend doesn't occur with 3rd shift jobs. The people on them are generally more chill since they know they're trading their health for cash and their thoughts revolve around maximizing their own free time around their schedule rather than participating in the fuck fuck games. I can't think of any other explaination, there's no logical reason someone who keeps their head down, works, and barely talks should attract such vitrol.

It's ok fren, if I had a job like that I wouldn't worry about it. Just go and do your work then go home. I know plenty of people that just get in and out every day. It's nice to have a friend or 2 to pass by the time sometimes but ultimately it's not worth it. I work a job where I'm in constant interaction with the public, sometimes wish I could just be alone my whole shift

This. It's sad but true unless you're a Chad or a Shaniqua you're not going to make friends at work. Clock in, make money, clock out. And if you're unhappy at work look for a new job in some of your spare time

me too frens
took 6 months off last job. gonna have to wagecuck again soon if my business doesn't take off
good thing i'm good at acting like an extrovert temporarily

Because those people will conspire to get you fired and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

I haven't worked since October. I dread going back because I know it'll just happen again. I'm considering changing my approach this time around and just barely saying a word right from the get-go rather than putting on an act. Best of luck to you fren. What kind of business do you have?

I get it, i am consistently excluded from the 'main' groups on every site i go to, generally tho i will make friends with 2 or 3 people so it's not all bad

I can't really handle all the noise and drama that comes with being apart of a big group anyway

same. at first i will try and put some effort in to socializing but it never lasts long.

Web dev. Turns out getting your first paying client is more difficult than expected. Gonna keep cold calling shitloads of businesses and hopefully someone says yes.
Just filled out a job application and was reminded of how shit it is. More motivation for me.

Just find ways to be positive, always try to be the "hall glass full" person in the room. Dont let others opinions bring you down. If someone doesnt like you, it shouldn't bother you if you like yourself. Stay strong OP, life changes.

if you dont make friends with your coworkers, that's a good way to never/rarely get promoted

this

if there's anything normies hate, it's people who mind their own fucking business

lies. job drama is trivial unless youre a secretary

Got a sample of your work? Looking for someone to make a laravel+vue site great again

LOL...gaylord everyone is quiet when the first start a job...you know who isn't quiet when they start a job....A-HOLES!!!!

You only think they hate you, they are probably a mix of nervous and potentially creeped out by you since they see you posting feels on Jow Forums.

Crazy idea, start talking to one or two them and see if they gently murder you or perhaps I don't know talk to you like a real boy.

YOU ARE A FAGGOT!

I was afraid being quiet would get me fired so I'd try being friendly and talkative. Also was more afraid of awkward silence unlike now. Quickly led to me initiating most interactions at work. Started going quiet, have been somewhat ousted. Only a few coworkers talk to me now not counting my supervisor and those employees with decent authority over me. Overall theres 1 guy and 3 girls who intiate beyond a greeting and even then it's just in passing. A lot of employees throw things out of proportion too so it's dangerous.

What will we do with a drunken sailor ?

what theme song do you play from your phone as you enter the building in the morning?

cheer up fren, we love you and that's all that matters

Its probably 2-3 years out until next bull run. We have not hit the bottom yet. Sorry friend.
