In addition to these basic trading "fundamentals," the XRP shill squad--the youtube guys partly responsible for the absurd XRP bubble--are now picking up on Holo (as per the link in the OP). It's hard to find because it's just starting, so now is the time to accumulate, I guess. That's assuming my hypothesis is correct. We'll see soon. I've got my money in already (shark/dolphin meme).

I suspect that people get butterflies and think "it's dumping, time to sell," when they see that there's only 1 mil left at 36. This switches from the buy to the sell side every ten to 30 minutes and the whales responsible are very careful not to go overboard. All the while, normies are eating up their 36 sell wall, which enables them to both strengthen their fake buy wall *at profit*, and simultaneously gives them more capital for the initial pump following their accumulation. They sometimes time it so that when their fake sell wall goes down, they pull the other fake orders and let it rip. Keep an eye on it.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a crystal ball and nothing is guaranteed; it's a matter of probability. Right now I view the situation as a high probability of a relatively high upside in the short term, which is how I trade. Low probability of a dip which would represent a better entry but at the same time you might get caught with your dick in your hand while people with millions of dollars to play with send this to andromeda.

I should note that when this happens, I suspect that what really happens is that some shark like me isn't an insider, and thus isn't on board with the whale(s) manipulation. He dumps into that fake buy wall, which turns into a small thorn in the side of the whales. Mind you that they're already in profit from the last cycle (33-35 as I outlined in one of my above posts), so they simply turned another 10% profit at the cost of the orchestrated pump taking slightly longer. (If this cycle is a success, it will simply repeat at the next price level, whether that's 35-37 or 40-41, 60, 95-100... they can only influence the direction based on probabilities, but there's a natural ebb and flow to it, like oceanic tides.) What follows from that is that they pull their fake buy wall, some more weak-willed people dump, which produces that bloody drip you see in one of my above posts (most notably the downward wicks on the hourly chart)--in the medium term, that represents the small fries getting rekt, and often there's a quick rebound to add insult to injury. During that, whales and smaller fish are also swinging, and when the smaller fish miss the entry (as there are very tight spreads even though they represent 10% p/l), they are some of the people fueling the FOMO back in on the next cycle. What follows from all of this might be a dump to some more legitimate support, or whatever the whales feel is something they can hold, and the cycle repeats. All of this reconciles these big dumps followed by huge pumps, interspersed with the patterns I describe above

HOT is relatively silent right now, but as this plays out on the grand stage, you will see more FUD threads from people who got left behind, as well as actual coordinated FUD threads to assist w/the cycles

This has happened before the previous legs up as well; the 37 wall is whittled away for a while or it stalls, it dumps really fast and people shit the bed, or pull an rgrpark as I like to say, and then suddenly we're up 4-5 sats without anyone having time to react. Twitter shills are mostly small fries in the grand scheme of things, but the totality of their contribution is huge; they often precipitate major movements. You're already in profit on HOT so I suppose it objectively can't hurt to sell, but I'm steering clear of BTT as I know I'll get rekt if I try to trade it at these levels. BTT is far more volatile so that is the obvious answer, but in my view HOT has a higher probability of a more stable upward trajectory in the slightly longer term, so that's where my money is right now. BTT is a mess. HOT also has a small chance of having a believable use case in the future compared to BTT which is simply a joke (not that that means anything at all in crypto).

BTT already increased my portfolio value by 80%. I got out around 25 sats, and want to leave it alone but some people are talking like its going to pump again before the 11th (airdrop). Not to mention the insane volume on it at the moment. Decisions decisions...

This thread has been a good read. Been all in on HOT since 10 sats with my tiny stack, swung a little but when we returned to 13-14 after first hitting 20s and added about 40% but been too scared to do any of that since. Just holding comfy now.
