I don't believe it. shitcoins don't pump until 2-3 days before big news, and the whales who don't manipulate shitcoins have most of their money tucked away in stablecoins. The fact that ltc has kept its value while btc/eth further decline is evidence of holders but even that is only very recently. ltc was 40$ when btc was at 3800, it's only (mostly) stopped following btc bed shitting after it went below ~3500.
I don't even have ltc, nor do I plan to hold a significant amount, but when I start moving profits to longer holds, part of that will be ltc
