Thats what you get for trying to steal from someones account

basically to ensure you can do it, you need >50% of the mining power of ETH network so you can confirm your own transactions to drain the account while ignoring his bot's transactions to steal your eth. You could do it with less hashpower if you get lucky and find blocks before other nodes that see his transactions first find their blocks

alternatively, you need a bot that is able to submit and propagate a transaction to most of the mining power in the network faster than he can. at least thats how it works in bitcoin, maybe eth has some kind of socialist cuckoldry in the transaction ordering
