Im starting a pornsite, and i will be producing my own porn.
I blur the womens faces, and i have a Client confidentiality included in the contract.
Its basically 100% anonymous, cash up front.
The problem is that i have no idea how much i should pay the women.
I read that women earn between 300-1000$for a scene. 1000$ being world famous actresses shooting for the major Companies. (there are some exceptions, but these are the typical figures)
Then again, those numbers are scenes where their faces are visible.
What do you think would be a fair price, but that would also make the women apply for it?
With me, there is no consequence and easy cash. But there is a fien line between it being Worth it for them or not.
Personally, i think 250 dollar is a more than fair price, but i think 500$ would be a way easier way of getting them interested in the deal.
But then again, i cant be spending 1000$ each week to begin With. (if i pay 500$)
And even 500$ a week (if i pay 250$) is way too much.

The Next problem is how i should do it in the beginning.
I need to shoot a lot of scenes just to get a follower base growing and that means that i have to add 3, or maybe even more New videos each week for a couple of months.
that means that i need to find a couple of quality Girls that i can make a lot of content With during that time, and hopefully keep some of them in the rotation later on.
So how much should i pay them?
